While conducting a massive tape to digital archival project- a few long lost MOT tracks were discovered to be “lurking in the dark”. According to the session notes- two of these tracks were recorded on May 7, 1998 and the third on June 23, 1999.
If you have followed MOT, you will notice that this is kind of an interesting comparison as the first track represents their signature sound while the last two (older) tracks were recorded a few days before the “Exquisite Corpse” album when the trio was still working out what their sound would be.
